Hi i need some help with Scottish Power they claim I owe them over 3k when is on a pre payment meter pay what I use the also said ive Inherited a det from the Previous bill holder I keep calling them but they keep passing me over to someone else just not getting sorted and now is been passed over to a Debt collector
