I think you just needed to tighten the straps for the backpack fit properly, which would have also lowered the card slot on the strap in the front for you. Great video, very helpful, thanks!
The bigger backpack would be way too big for me because I am really short which I mentioned in the video. I also said that for my needs it wouldn't work because I need to access the backpack often on the way and it's not user friendly in that sense. If someone only opens the backpack once they get to their destination then for that person it is not a problem 🙂
In my opinion, yes, as quite a bit of the weight is further away from the back because of the way it is set up. That was, of course, my first impression, and as I have not used it on a daily basis, I can't give a definitive answer on this.
