If you could explain a little more regarding your definition of budget? If you are searching for 300-500 Rs hotel than it becomes difficult to find anything that is well maintained or provides a good service. Most of the hotels in the 300-500 don't have the budget for online fees and you would have to go there personally and risk whether you would be able to get a bed or not.
