You are now listening to SEVNTEEN's "On Top" available worldwide via Babygrande Records. Track produced by SEVNTEEN.
SEVNTEEN kicks off the New Year in style with his brand new single “On Top.” After delivering his successful debut track “Sky High,” which has racked up over 900,000 views on RUclips, the Babygrande Records recording artist has set himself up for a pivotal year. Now, he returns with “On Top,” a slower, albeit just as catchy, self-produced track, in anticipation of his debut album, “XVII," which will be released in March.
Directed by GT films, the video for “On Top” takes viewers on a cinematic journey from start to finish, adding life to the track and allowing viewers to see the uncanny connection between his music and style. Throughout, SEVNTEEN flexes designer clothes as he attends a house party. The visual takes the track to new heights as SEVNTEEN puts forth a captivating performance that shows his cool, confident demeanor.
While his debut track “Sky High” featured plenty of energy over a fast-paced beat, “On Top” sees him take a calmer, more laid back approach. Combined with a flawless music video, “On Top” is a track that adds depth to his catalog of music and creates more excitement for his upcoming album.

Is it possible to make music nowadays without using a computer to alter your voice? Doesn't matter now if it is if rap, electronic music or country. It's ALL the same. Bland with no style or talent. The last 5-10 years have destroyed what was left oh hip hop. To be clear this is not hip hop. I thought more of babygrande....or used to.

@@jamaaldagreatest2748 I'll check em out. I mean, I know there are some decent people that can rhyme. But then they put so whacked beat on it. Maybe I'm just getting old and I know each generation says the same about the newer ones music. I just hate how, you don't even have to be able to make any sense on a tract and people will still like it. I'm like wtf?!? Main stream turned hip hop into dance music for clubs. Girls starting liking "rap" and listeners grew. What bugs me is most people don't realize where the style came from. in the mid 90s when hip was still NY/LA dominated...down south had these "bass tapes/cd's". Basically dance music. I used to go to southern Virginia (i live in ny) to visit a friend often. So i seen it first hand. If you were caught listening to that crap in ny..well you would be rolling solo cause you ain't gettin no woman or friends that way. But it blew up in the south. THEN, they started "rapping" over these bass tapes, it was sacrilege. Like pissing on Biggie grave or something. So from day 1, I have had and will never have respect for something that started with a bunch of posers that new nothing about hip hop, it wasn't hip hop and they never made any hip hop. Then once clubs starting spinning it and it got girls dancing, well they took something pure and made it artificial. I can never respect that.
