This vlog makes me miss my mom so much. Great vid. I shave my big dogs down every time. 95 pound royal poodle and my beautiful Goldendoodle 66 pounds. I tried fancy cuts. Nope. We do rugged things. They go every 6 to 8 weeks. Your pups look so cute
You and your mom are ❤ Have you heard of cycle syncing? I used to have an awful PMS and since I started working out/eating certain things base on my phase of cycle, my PMS symptoms disappeared!
Interesting re the cold symptoms when you were about to start your cycle. You may have a slight histamine allergy. My naturopath was telling me about it recently. Apparently it also makes your periods a lot worse. I haven’t done a lot of research into it but worth looking into if this happens more regularly in the future x Also, I am the same re routine. I have just had 4 days off work and feel totally happy to get back to work and routine tomorrow. I think it helps to when you do a job you love and live in a place you love. Holidays are nice, but your little nest is better 😊
Hi Shayla. I love your vlog! Btw, I had the severe cramps in last 2 years. Now, I am good. The solution was - I started taking Omega-3 vegan every single day. Today I googled and there was a study that Omega 3 helps a lot with cramps. I hope maybe that can help you. 😊
