Medical laboratory science professionals want proposed Kenya Health Drug bill reviewed

Medical laboratory science professional organizations is calling on the national assembly and senate to amend the proposed Kenya health drug bill saying it will render their practice in Kenya untenable. According to them, if the bill is enacted into law, the entire medical laboratory science profession will lose self-regulation and private practice as it will be under the control of the profession of pharmacy.
