Banana Black Pastel combos are definitely my favorite in terms of aesthetics (even more so when they're Lav Albino), the bright orange against the pale purple-gray color is just so pretty.
I don't have geneX in my collection, although I do have something similar going on in my clown pied project. Very high orange pieds come out of it. I haven't figured out if it is the bloodline or a specific gene, though.
I didn't want to cut so close to its head with my scissors for risk of injury. It poked its head through there and it could either crawl out through it or go back inside.
