I get you. I'm German so i understand everything yet i still wish it wasnt spoken over so many times and just had subtitles, at least when they were talking. But back in the day they always did that because they thought their audience was not fluent enough in english and too lazy to read subtitles lol nowadays its more common to use subtitles thankfully. But i feel you and all non German TLC fans because this is a good special and they are funny, talkative and in good spirit and its a shame their other fans cant enjoy, especially since the Fanmail era often was a bit complicated concerning their personal relationship with each other but in this German interview they seemed to get along great and excited.
