In 13:27, the four input with three outcomes, and in 14:09, the three input with two outcomes...How to calculate the probability there? Was it calculated or by given only ?

How do I integrate my excel data which is a classification problem into this bayesian network? I don't get the point that how come is this a learning process? Isn't it just that we calculate the cdp values ONCE and they dont get updated that's it? Help me understand please.
