    Yes I agree I felt very anxious and started walking rain wind snow no matter the weather I'm out every day walking 6 miles I love it has made such a difference to my life

    Jo is amazing. Will never forget her interviewing George Michael ❤ And she’s right, I’m 50 and daily exercise gives me the feeling of being me again.
