+Snow Quartz Because she's a very petite person. You don't need to be a kid to fit into kids clothes, you just have to be small size-wise. She's like 4'8" or something, she's very little (that's not a bad thing), of course she fits into childrens clothing.
I'm 5'5" but quite thin and can fit comfortably into womens small sizes as well as some childrens larger sizes.
