I’ve spent the last 3 weeks playing AC: Syndicate for the first time. I started out with no expectations but ended up absolutely loving the game. I’ve got 3 achievements left to unlock on the main game and have just bought the Jack The Ripper DLC. Looking forward to playing AC: Unity afterwards also for the first time. Love your channel mate

I loved the setting for this. But yeah the tactics of assassins creed went missing in’s odyssey but you could still be stealthy but the player did that, I miss when it was built into the narrative.
I was missing only 4 trophies for the platinum after my previous playthrough: -100% sync in the main story (Games don't get to tell me what to do!). -Countershoot 50 enemies before they shoot you (because murdering them is way easier...). -Destroy 5000 objects with a carriage (after going on the sidewalk and hitting objects between every single mission in the game, i still had to do nothing but drive into objects for over 30 minutes to finish this grind). -Kill 5 enemies from the same haystack (easy when you just reload a mission checkpoint to kill the same enemies from the same haystack 5 times) So after my latest playthrough, this is now my most recent platinum!
I would have platinumed black flag but the online trophies made me flaccid within 5 minutes, syndicate is pretty fun, Jack the Ripper dlc was top 2 expansions in my book. (Assassins creed unity dead kings is underrated ongod)

"but actually had fun" Understandable, gameplay wise it's the best in the series by miles. The stealth gameplay is just so damn good, the zipline is fun as fuck and the parkour (while a simplified version of the Unity one) still feels fluid if you master it
