I respect Sardar valla Bhai Patel. He was a true pioneer. Making a massive statue in honour to him is also appreciable. But still , spending this much money on statue was a foolishness. But, but...! unfortunately our greatest leader Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose didn't get any such international recognition compare to his sacrifice and greatest role played for freedom fight, when we know all these facts, that... 1. It's revealed now and even British and Baba Saheb Ambedkar acknowledged that, british had to leave India and give freedom to India because of Netaji not Gandhi. 2. It was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose who hoisted the National Flag for the first time as PM of India at the Gymkhana Ground in Port Blair in 1943. 3. It was Netaji who first ever created an army to support freedom fight of India, that time no one has that much of power to built and raise an army. 4. It was only Netaji who acquired the international support from all over the world countries and no Indian leader could reach that much on international level, as Netaji did and we all know that. But still our Netaji didn't get any such international recognition or tribute from India, even not a single holiday declared on his birthday which is very shameful and painful for us, specially after knowing all his sacrifice and greatest role played for freedom fight. Over 4000 workers were employed to build the statue. That means employment generation. 2. Material used: 1,700 tonnes of bronze and 1,850 tonnes of bronze cladding made up of 565 macro and 6,000 micro panels. The core of the statue is made up of 210,000 cubic metres of cement concrete, 18,500 tonnes of reinforced steel and 6,500 tonnes of structural steel. That means revenue and employment generation in the following industry. 3. Apart from the statue, there are five other related sites like museum, for which surely people will be employed to maintain them. 4. Do you really think when foreigners will come to this tourist destination, they'll just pay RS. 350 and go. No my friend, they'll stay in hotels, they'll buy from Indian markets, they'll also travel other tourist destinations in India. So you see everything sells. Would you condemn 4000 workers being employed, revenue/ employment generation across many industries?

unfortunately our greatest leader Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose didn't get any such international recognition compare to his sacrifice and greatest role played for freedom fight, when we know all these facts, that...
1. It's revealed now and even British and Baba Saheb Ambedkar acknowledged that, british had to leave India and give freedom to India because of Netaji not Gandhi.
2. It was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose who hoisted the National Flag for the first time as PM of India at the Gymkhana Ground in Port Blair in 1943.
3. It was Netaji who first ever created an army to support freedom fight of India, that time no one has that much of power to built and raise an army.
4. It was only Netaji who acquired the international support from all over the world countries and no Indian leader could reach that much on international level, as Netaji did and we all know that.
But still our Netaji didn't get any such international recognition or tribute from India, even not a single holiday declared on his birthday which is very shameful and painful for us, specially after knowing all his sacrifice and greatest role played for freedom fight. If you also think so then copy and share this everywhere, so that our Netaji also get recognition on international lever.

You all must be feeling very proud but when I saw it I felt ashamed because just yesterday I watched a video about toilet problem in India.
In that video some less privileged people of Mumbai who didn't had toilet were doing there thing on a beach and they were obviously recorded, millions of people from all over the world saw the video and in the comment section they were saying India is a filthy country, people are disgusting and all that kinda stuff, that was so sad but true but no one gives a shit because they don't have to face the same thing.
But most shameful thing is that our government is focusing on these things but not on the real problems.

To all those who are condemning this: This is a big problem in the country. People have a wrong sense of economy. It's not just spending my friend. It is:
1. Over 4000 workers were employed to build the statue. That means employment generation.
2. Material used: 1,700 tonnes of bronze and 1,850 tonnes of bronze cladding made up of 565 macro and 6,000 micro panels. The core of the statue is made up of 210,000 cubic metres of cement concrete, 18,500 tonnes of reinforced steel and 6,500 tonnes of structural steel. That means revenue and employment generation in the following industry.
3. Apart from the statue, there are five other related sites like museum, for which surely people will be employed to maintain them.
4. Do you really think when foreigners will come to this tourist destination, they'll just pay RS. 350 and go. No my friend, they'll stay in hotels, they'll buy from Indian markets, they'll also travel other tourist destinations in India. So you see everything sells.
Would you condemn 4000 workers being employed, revenue/ employment generation across many industries?
