that was more a apartment complex an she should had informed the front desk of the issue or report a complaint...alot complexes actualy got rules an such an shards as that can couse harm to guest an other people in the area so not really much a karren but she more worried her neighbor might get her dogs harm as she walks them around the area also...so in all honesty she did not seem teir karen where I seen worse people freaking out of such things

There are several ways of going about informing “Andi” about the broken plate AND of keeping the dogs safe. None of them have to involve the nosy, b*tchy neighbor screaming on Andi’s doorstep. Leave a note and keep your dogs away from there until the person has a chance to clean it up. Only you are on your own timeline. Maybe Andi is not home.

In the commercial robbery how stupid do you have to be to park your car where your license plate is clearly shown. They have to be caught or the police there are idiots. The first thing I would have done after seeing this video is run both plates.
There are a lot of stupid criminals. However, in situations like this, they use either a stolen car or stolen plates.

I/we have very reliable Doggos (And a few Guardian Donkeys in the pastures), who don't disappear during any power outage, and are FAR better at detecting things entering where they should not.
How anyone in town/the city can live this way, and tolerate these creatures never ceases to amaze me.
Call cops first, then if necessary confront trespasser, cops hate arriving and no one to greet them.
