As a huge Queen fan, I'd say take it for what it is. Adam Lambert is an amazing performer and is singing the songs that Freddie sung, with a similar passion. Not the same as Freddie obviously, but sadly he is gone, and this brings Queen music back to audiences both old and new. I firmly believe Freddie would give this his seal of approval.
Must suck to pay for a ticket to a live concert ONLY TO WATCH IT THROUGH YOUR PHONE 😂😂😂
They aren’t watching it through their phone, just holding the phone to record the parts of it they want while watching it with their own eyes
Its not QUEEN, but... QUEEN EXTRAVAGANZA is better
This is QAL Queen and Adam Lambert if you don’t like don’t listen.
Queen Extravaganza with Marc or with Alirio?
So nice for the educated “youf’s” to go to landscape for filming, nice start almost thought of going then I saw Adam
Poor you….
I’ve really tried to like Adam Lamberts style but I can’t! To me he is still kinda musical style singer who dresses like it’s a bloody circus! May sound rough but that’s not Queen, it’s Roger, Brian and Adam performing but not Queen! When Freddie died, Queen died!
Why on earth people are so bitter and jealous of others success is beyond me. The band and Adam are living a milestone in their 10 years collaboration: 10 sold out concerts in the 02 in London, they just play in the Jubilee for millions another milestone. I admire them for their huge success and popularity.
@@erikagolcher1353 Because he acts full of himself. He should be thankful because he is successful because of Freddie's work.
Paul Rogers was a much more suited singer as he's a rock singer. He had style as well. It wasn't Freddie of course but it worked better than Lambert and Rogers was also Fred's suggestion to them before he passed away.
I can't lie I would go to a concert if I could but only to see Brian and Roger and I'm pretty sure most people go to see them.
@@SealedKiller Adam is the most humble man in the music world. And your argument is false when they tour with Rodgers they only play in little arenas and they never sold out. The Cosmo album was a failure and ruined the band reputation and was a financial mess. So the majority go to see Adam.
@@erikagolcher1353 If that's what rocks your boat. Adam has no power in his voice and just doesn't have the looks of a rock star. You're telling me people go to see Queen because of Adam? Hardly. The movie brought them some fame back. I'm sure if the movie wasn't a thing that they wouldn't be selling out. And yes most people go to see Brian and Roger and you can't tell me otherwise.

It would be fairer call it:SMILE AND ADAM L.
Because they was SMILE without John and Fredd.

Brian and Roger will always be Queen.
Close Adam but no cigar
Close to what? He’s not there to be anyone but himself and he dies that perfectly.
Close to Freddie but then again they will never be a singer close to Freddie
@@tarkusuk There will never be another singer close to Adam. Adam can actually do things during live performances that Fred could not.
Another singer close to Adam?
I’ve seen Queen on every tour in the uk since they supported mott the hoople at opera house in Manchester 1973 and I wouldn’t personally say that Adam is anywhere near Freddie’s vocal range or ability to grab a crowd and keep them there,
Well I will see tonight as I’m off to see them again in Manchester let’s hope they do some songs Adam wrote in the set
@@tarkusuk You’re entitled to your opinion, but i will share what other people who have seen Fred and now Adam think. Hint, hint…they disagree with you. Did you know Freddie often had notes lowered when he performed live? Adam doesn’t need to do that.

"For me the absolute highlight of last Saturdays show at the 3Arena in Dublin was Queen and Adam Lambert playing that song. (WWTLF) Unbelievable. The lights, the lasers, the sound, the performances of everybody on stage was absolutely top notch. If you haven't got a ticket yet, go see these guys. Legends of course we all know that. Adam Lambert will be the first to stand up and say he's no Fred, but my goodness one of the best live vocals I've ever heard. And Rick Savage who was sat next to me said exactly the same thing. Was Adam Lambert last week in Dublin."
I saw #Queen with #FreddieMercury at The Spectrum in Philadelphia back in the summer of 1980...a show and memory I will never forget! Have to say tho, I was even more blown away with the #QAL #RhapsodyTour Show! Freddie would be proud of #AdamLambert , #BrianMay & #RogerTaylor!💗
I saw Freddie's Queen and I've seen Queen with @adamlambert . BOTH men are extraordinary, phenomenal, other-worldly vocalists and performers...in completely different ways. Those that hate on Adam because he isn't Freddie have clearly never seen him do what he does.
I was lucky enough to see Freddie sing, was unsure as to what to expect, in short was blown away, fantastic gig & am sure Freddie would be proud to have you continue the Queen legacy, have fun tonight
My first concert was Queen at Slane Castle in ‘86. Saw Queen with Adam Lambert last year. You are in for a treat, enjoy!
Saw Queen with Freddie 1975 Christmas Eve, tonight with Adam Lambert. Both incredible shows fronted by incredible showmen. Messrs May and Taylor constants of course.
@DrBrianMay @OfficialRMT @QueenWillRock @adamlambert wow!! That gig will live in my memory forever, I was at Knebworth in 1986, miss Freddie’s voice so much, so happy you guys found each other! Thank you! #matchmadeinheaven
I was fortunate enough to see Queen with Freddie twice. I have never seen anyone play to an audience like him. He was never afraid to take chances. I got lucky, and saw Queen with Adam live recently, and my jaw dropped. What a killer show they put on. Go see it!
I've been going to see Queen live since 1978 but @DrBrianMay, @adamlambert and @OfficialRMT last night in Glasgow was phenomenal. Thank you!!!!!
Hey mate, the bloody game was called off! Anyway we moseyed on up the toon, I’m just in actually after a 12.30 start, great day out. Queen were terrific mate,m I’ve been lucky enough to see Freddie Mercury in the 8O’s and Adam Lambert to his credit was a great front man
30 years since I have seen Queen and this was just brilliant! @adamlambert Freddie would be so proud
Having not seen Queen without Freddie until now - I’m so pleased that I saw them @TheO2 with Adam Lambert last evening. It was one of the most incredible shows I’ve seen. Adam Lambert doesn’t attempt to replace Freddie but pays great tribute to his memory - an honour
You know you loty Queenies....we make people rich. Told my relatives not to expect any monies upon my death because I am throwing it all at Adam and Queen. Saw Freddie 5 times have to say this time around is twice the fun.
Fellow Canadians at the bar who had seen Queen with Freddie have to admit Adam's range far surpasses Freddie's.
Guy beside me had seen Freddie 3 times, Paul Rodgers 2 times. LOVED @adamlambert Lots of OMGs, phenomenal & wows. Told you, I said.
I last saw Queen in 1986 at Wembley London, Freddy was awesome back then. I was happily surprised by Adam Lambert...
boygeorgeofficial Went to see @adamlambert performing with #Queen in Sydney and it was fabulous. Adam’s voice is astounding and he does not need to apologize for not being Freddy Mercury. Adam brings his own flavor to those timeless songs and he is a wonderful artist in his own right. Loved the glittering 70s platforms. Brian singing ‘love of my life’ was beautiful. No need to apologize Brian you bring beauty and vulnerability to my fave Queen song!
Roger on ‘It’s A Kind Of Magic’ was also full of feeling. Very Bowie-esque and I loved the drum solos and Brian’s axe lamenting. It was a night with everything. GO you will live for it!

This is not Queen fans! They "died" with Freddie!
Brian and Roger are still Queen whether you agree or not. Only Freddie died.
@@sasha07775 If Brian and Roger are still Queen, please tell me one song after Freddie death !? A song equivalent of this name ? What happend with them , where are the great new hits? Like Freddie's ERA? The heart of this band died in 91. And, in my opinion, not only his heart ; could be much ,much more of that. Please watch "macking One Vision" and you will see the role of them. You'l see who is the King! Why John Deacon retired? His story ended with Freddie ! And Queen !!! They are a great musicians but without Freddie and John they never could be Queen. Only with the name of Queen.
Queen is Brian and Roger’s band. They founded and originated it. It belongs to only them and no one else. And most of the songs they perform in concert were written by Brian May. He was the more prolific songwriter and honestly wrote better lyrics.Btw, Freddie died in 1991, Deacon didn’t retire until 1997.

It's a shame really. They have such a deep catalog, and in lieu of exploring it, they've been playing basically the same greatest hits set since 2012, with the odd addition or deletion that never sticks.
Yeah I understand what you are saying but it's the same with most bands that have or were going for years...ie: AC/DC for one stick with the same songs other than maybe playing the latest single from a new album.
