8:43, sure Daisy honestly if you're constantly being sleepy at 5am I think it's better to focus on getting quality sleep first, I would personally recommend getting exactly 8 hours of sleep & nothing above or beyond that :)
for acne problem, wearing less makeup, drinking more water, sleep and healthy food should help a lot! even tho it can be allergies or just hormonal issue too
i mean you will get used to it if you wake up at morning consistently , i am a super early bird i wake up at 3 everyday . i get most of the work done and it helps me focus better. anyways love you daisy
