I think in general adding some variety to your routine is a good thing. I don’t have or have access to multiple types of bows, but I think experimenting with multiple grips and releases, both traditional historical ones from all over the world and even just coming up with new stuff that works for me. Even aside from being fun, it really opened my eyes to just how many different ways there are to practice archery which was neat
I couldn't agree more, I shoot compound, Olympic style recurve, barebow, and flatbow . All a different challenge and slightly different skill set.
