How do you get the bonuses i only got the first bonus

2nd is from spelling out "MORTALS" with the first letter of the character's names
3rd is from repeatedly clicking on mariob
4th is from repeatedly entering reader's description until it changes, then you have to close it
5th is from typing "giga" and then inputting the numbers that flash on screen into the keypad
