Its not all about graphics, it depends on how the game will be more f2p friendly and how fun it will be. Lets be honest, RoK is not that great game anymore, if you were to start an account now and not spending, you probably are not going to have fun..I expect to have fun by playing a game, not by just spending not to be completely irrelevant.. I really like the competition AoE Mobile is bringing on the field!
The politics ruined rok. People with old accounts bossing around the new lower power players
The greed of the developers ruined RoK I’m getting deep into my 4th year playing and it’s a grind where I really only play because of the people I play with (which the majority of us started together.
Look i never spent a penny on any game ever but i don't think rts game's will still be rts if they aren't pay to win at this point

I believe the part where you said this is a city siege I think its an alliance center or something because cities looked so much different than this so it might be something related to the alliance

Woohooo...Age Of Empire is nostalgia..this is very similar to what it was in 1997 or 2000.. the game mechanics are the same with better graphics...I'm gonna start here the moment it lauches

It has siege mechanics like Era of Conquest, but better I think. It reminded me of Stronghold Crusaders 😅

Well, it looks really really good. Hope they make an Expedition mode, or more known as Campaing in AoE lV. That would be incredible.
Also I would like if they don't put the Roman and Byzantine Empire, as the 2 civilizantions are the same but in different times.

I think it's almost impossible, but it would be good if they focused on ensuring quality and fun for players, and not just thinking about money. How Lilith has been ugly lately, They only put things in to make us spend more money, and those who don't have access to transportation can't have fun. Looking forward to this new game, I hope it's great for everyone

it looks like they have removed the concept of rallying in this new game......if you can break walls by just using sieges and then just enter city then no need of rallying 😀😀

The thing with RoK is, The graphics could be the worst, The Open field Fighting and Community is just to good for me to switch to something else. I also don't really like the Graphics on this game
The open field fighting isn't even that good on ROK, very little strategy to fighting in these big pass wars during kvk, just a chaotic mess of the same few meta commanders, and to add to this the lag is shocking.
Also the community is actually pretty toxic. I don't even bother reading lost kingdom chat anymore.

Even if it is heavy P2W game, with that graphics quality, anyone would gladly to spend a lot of money unlike Rise of Kingdoms, even youtubers used simplify graphics during livestream, looks cheap
This unsuccessful game existed one year ago. It is called "Dawn of kingdoms" and it is just beeing rebranded to Age of empires Mobile.
