Great questions, Shane. You asked all the important questions that a beginner would understand. I often feel MS does a bad job at the training of new solutions or features they roll out. They should conduct more sessions like this to help customers adapt the new technology.
Thanks for this video, Shane. I found it really helpful, as we are just beginning our governance journey and planning to install the CoE Starter Kit soon. Really appreciated the licensing part too!
My ears were burning, I knew someone was talking about me. It's good to have people like you reminding Shane that I am the wind beneath his wings and that he would be nothing without me. :)
Great video as always! :) Just a question: Is it a standard practice for you to implement CoE for new customers upon ordering a Power Platform solution? Regards
Hi Shane, As Manuela says, the CoE Toolkit is updated regularly by the MS teams. What is the best strategy to follow if we want to modify these reports to enrich them with our IT needs, without depriving ourselves of the updates?
is there the an intention also to offer more advanced functionalities for flow governance? right now it is not possible to put flows in quarantine or change the ownership of a flow
No, you are going to need a fair amount of security to get it installed and running. Permissions are covered here: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/setup Or PowerApps911 has a nice service to deploy it for your IT department here:www.powerapps911.com/coe

Thank you for the kind words. 😊
I am a real advocate of the CoE STARTER toolkit. Thanks for the conversation.👍
Thanks Darren! 😎

We recommend it as often as we can but we don't force people to use it. 😊
Thanks Shane 🙏🙏🙏
You are welcome. Was awesome to talk to Manuela. :)
Hi Shane,

Do we need System Admin access to unleash the full potential of COE kit ?
Yes, you will.
is there the an intention also to offer more advanced functionalities for flow governance? right now it is not possible to put flows in quarantine or change the ownership of a flow
Can a developer install this without being an admin?
