Perfect mix of gameplay inbetween cutscenes. A lot of video game movies lack the gameplay thats crucial to story development. Thank you for doing this game justice.
we need a pirate game like this but without the ac, great pirate adventures exploring islands and such for treasure, hunting legendary sea creatures, fighting legendary pirates/cursed, etc
@@raynerabie still more online and players vs players based than i like, i want it to be a story single player based game, like what open world rpgs provide, like a skyrim pirate game or something along those lines
Ubisoft is developing that game. It's gonna be both single player & multiplayer. Based on some review of the beta, the game is mid & Black Flag is better.
With the remake of this game “supposedly” in the works, according to so-called leaks (I’ve not seen them, myself).. With the hardware we have today, Ubisoft could actually make the gameplay look just like Blackbeard’s CGI intro. The visuals, the lighting, shading. etc. The PS5, XBOX Series X and modern PC are all powerful enough to handle it. I mean, they were on the right lines with Assassin’s Creed: Unity.. Visually, that game still holds up today. And that was released on the PS4/XBOX One. So if Ubisoft does their due diligence and puts passion, effort, time and resources into the game (all of which would be EXTREMELY worth it because they’d make a fortune from sales).. It could look just like the CGI Intro. So here’s hoping 🙏🏼🤞🏼.
I mean, think about it. After his death, Reginald Birch set Haytham up on the path of the Templar whose mission led him to work with Shay and have Connor. Shay also killed Charles Dorian which set his son Arno up with dreams of redemption. More directly, Edward might have been one of the main reasons why the Assassins were winning in London, thus meaning his influence would have been a massive roadblock had Starrick had to contend with a British Brotherhood that had him for even just another decade. It really goes to show how special he is that had he survived, it would lead to a crazy butterfly effect. Something to lament, eh? Requiescat in pace Edward Kenway
The last great AC game in all respects; main character's arc, story beats, world exploration, progression, etc. Black Flag was the last flame of this dying franchise that has only produced embers since. (Except not the movie Embers, that was awesome, but you know what I mean.)
It’s been a while since I read the books but if I remember correctly Caroline’s father was a Templar just crazy to think it all came full circle with Edward being involved with templars even before he became a privateer. (Caroline’s father didn’t like his daughter being with Edward so he set fire to his family farm)
It is another story of mine that was a warning to all enemies and other eras that they truly don’t understand the gravity of their own fates and deaths
Hmmm... 🤔 I don't remember AC Black Flag crossing over with Watchdogs 1 when I played it on Xbox 360, interesting. By the way, Anne's voice at the end, breathtaking...
Yeah, but he was never truly dedicated to the cause. Say what you will about Edward before he was an Assassin, at least his goal were driven by something most of us can stand by: getting our family a decent life. For Duncan, his only motivation was glory for which he'd pay the price
Огромное спасибо команде, которая состоит из разных национальных, культурных и религиозных представителей или как там перед игрой в дисклеймере написано. Потому что на протяжении стольких лет, уже десятилетий они (конечно не только они) превращали игры в искусство

They should make an assassins creed game with the exploration of black flag, parkour of unity, and the combat of 3.
Let’s hope Assassins creed infinite lives up to it!

Black Flag is the best and most memorable AC game I’ve played until now. Haven’t even played any AC after Unity.
Now, over a decade later. Having made mistakes. Having lost people. It hits differently. This game's story is easily the best, if not in the top 3.
The nodding during those modern day sequences are hilarious, do it myself all the time xD
