Thank you for your review of the Huel powder. I’m hoping to try Huel for the whole of February Monday~Friday and eat carefully on weekends. I am currently 23stone 8lbs or 330 lbs. I’m am hoping to combine Huel with starting to go to the gym (something I’ve never done) hopefully this can be sustainable for me and I can use it to lose 50% of my current weight over the next couple of years. I am 52 and very unfit! Enjoy your exercise and good luck with your trail running and cycling!
Thanks Sean for watching. You can do it. I suggest combine with fasting and eat normal meal in afternoon. I often fast 6pm-10am which is easier for me. You need 16 hours . Then use Huel in morning. Gym idea is great. If you can build up walking miles then after few weeks jog a mile then walk is a good routine. I am 55 this month so don’t worry the age part. We are still young . Good luck

Well it's almost September.....did it work
I'm really enjoying Huel Black and using it roughly once per day (and eating healthy for other meals) I've lost 55lbs in about 3 1/2 months. Granted, I have a lot to lose and I'm eating really clean, but Huel has really helped me stay on track. I was worried about the taste, but was pleasantly surprised with the results using a blender.
Intermittent fasting is the only way I've seen significant progress in the past, but I haven't really done that at all this time around. I don't mind intermittently fasting, but I feel much better about just tracking calories and eating healthy throughout the day.

UK delivery was amazing, my Huel arrived next day! I hope to use it to do intermittent fasting with a healthy dinner of lean protein with green veggies or salad. I need surgery and need to lose 15 kilos before they will do it. Fingers crossed that Huel will help me achieve my goal quickly and safely!
Good luck with the weight loss. I think it is a good product and helped me. I suggest combine with some fasting a few days per week. I try not to eat between 6pm and 10am. A 16hr fast will help but not too often if only eating Huel. Wish you the best

Thanks brother for checking it out. Huel works well but lowering calories is a good add on. I suggest skipping breakfast and eat only lunch and dinner. That worked well for me.

For me, personally, I didn’t enjoy intermittent fasting (UNFORTUNATELY). I just felt rushed to eat my dinner before the eating time is up and I felt like I ended up eating more as I was hungrier. I’d also eat my dinner whether I was hungry or not as I knew otherwise I wouldn’t be able to eat for 16 or more hours 🤦♀️🤷♀️. I tried a couple times and each time I did it for 2 or more weeks. The first time I did it longer like maybe a month or so but just didn’t like it and wanted to eat breakfast in the morning again etc I do feel like maybe it helped reduce any bloating or water retention but other than that I’m not sure if I lost any weight 🤷♀️
I know the feeling. I think the first few weeks are very tough. The best for me was 6pm-10am since most of it is sleeping. The carbonated water helps me fight the hunger pains. Thanks for watching! Have a great day

It’s brilliant stuff for when your on limited time however very expensive. If your on a budget stick to meal prep. Me and my partner do a £150 food shop a month and this adds an extra £60 on top of that just for me which I have to pull out my own pocket. Eating one shake a day will probs last about 6 weeks but there’s times when I need two because of how busy I am. Suppose I’m a little bit lazy when it comes to making food which is why I put weight on so this is ideal. Nice video bud 👌
