I was there 2 months ago, lowest ebb of the cycle. A bit bemused that from the bottom of the slope of the beach, it's just flat featureless sand. But at high tide, a 30yd lob to the gully where pebbles meet sand was quite productive with small stuff and the odd bass.

Seems to be a high water, larger tide shot specifically these days. I’ve seen some big bags from the South end back in the day and had decent fish through the day when it used to stay coloured up after a sea. Most folk seem to go north of the outfall these days??
