Couldn’t be farther from the truth in my case…..just nah. Here’s how it is for me: me having a cap ic, I came from from THE COLDEST, if not, one of the coldest families there are. They are really unemotional and strict. I am the softest one here. I feel alienated just from how much I value emotional intelligence like……..🙄🤨I’m still tryna set boundaries for myself based on how empathetic I am (working progress) and money could go to hell if I’m not truly happy. I’ve never met a cold libra rising in my life.
Cancer sun conjunct midheaven/Cancer MC, with the ruler the moon in the 8th house, and Capricorn IC with uranus and neptune in my 4th house also. I am actually quite detached, weird, and intellectual when I am at home by myself most comfortable. Out and about, I’m very nurturing and compassionate. I have to remember to preserve some of that energy to bring home with me to the family too.
Needless to say, growing up, feeling fully safe was irregular, and of course there was lots of chaos and delusion. I found my sense of home with friends family’s who took me under their wing.
Hi, nice video. I just wanted to share my own experience as a young woman with these placements. I have my Cancer moon conjunct the MC and Neptune retrograde in Capricorn in the fourth. I'm emphasising Neptune, because it's kind of important in my chart as a I have a fully packed 12th house in Virgo. I am very ambitious about succeeding at my field because of the Capricorn IC, it also kind of makes me impatient to get to the part of my life where I'l have a stable income, a nice home and a nurturing long term relationship-ideally with someone who shows up for me-while the Cancer moon conjunct my MC is emotional about the job performance, always questioning if my work has any value to humanity and what not. It's definitely not easy to find a balance between doubting your value in the world and just believing in your course of action/chosen path. But hardwork, consistency saves the day, even if you don't perform your best on a particular day. Bit by bit the hard work pays off. I'm also glad to be a classical musician where I can just let out my crazy and still make something beautiful out of it. I think my field is really what keeps me sane. All the best!
Thank you for your insight. I am a Cancer MC with Capricorn Retrograde in the 4th as well and I can relate to most of things you said. The only difference is I have Mars in Cancer conjunct the MC so I need that recognition for my hard work in order to keep going. I’ve recently quit a 3 and a half year job for that very reason. Feeling unappreciated.

very true, im actually more restrictive in my emotional realm/home life than career life and this is likely also influenced by the fact my childhood/mother was strict/cruel so in career I want to be the opposite of that
im very caring but also pragmatic and committed/serious
so if the relationship isn't serious I can block off emotions
