What if Jesus were not really who we claim he is, or was? Two thousand years, or so, since he lived on this Earth. He died, we all agree on that. The rest is not proven. And, why is this supposed Savior of the world the main figure of only one religion? And, why is that salvation always in the future? And, simply, why did he die, to begin with? The truth can hurt, sometimes. Why would a Savior, always in demand, be always only to be hoped for? Salvation is a matter of deeds, not promises. If it's a matter of beliefs, then, know that there's a religion, in Africa, that has the belief that God has a daughter, not a son. What makes one belief more worthy of acceptance than another? Cultural differences.
What ifs are ok we understand why people have them but we see and understand because we believed and then Jesus helped us understand the why's and how's and many of the other questions...Jeff

He couldn’t accept anything but perfection so he sent his son Christ… the reason he’s only the center of the Christian religion is because the other faiths either reject him or don’t choose to believe him. Look at the watergate trials nobody could hold a secret. But almost all the apostles died from torture saying Christ said who he was.
