Synopsis :-
The plot revolves around three financially struggling men try to overcome their problems, by getting involved in criminal activities though not realising the impact their efforts are having on the women in their lives.

such a excellent movie. close to my heart. watched 2 times in S2 theyagaraja thiruvanmiyur. thanking karthick Subbaraj from bottom of my heart. want to meet him once in a lifetime.
Mate, out of curiosity, what makes it close to your heart? Don't you think the Statue smuggling/theft is unwanted in the movie and deviates from the storyline? But I love the entire movie, apart from this unwanted plot. I may be wrong. But please educate me.
@@Yk-xw8lm Ya even I felt the same the statue smuggling is unwanted while watching for the first time.later while decoding what I felt is karthick made it very convincing.
As per the movie the artistic statue made by struggling is not recognized properly and maintained.likewise the artistic movie that sj directed needs regonization but the producer is demanding money.that is reason i think karthick kept that smuggling concept.overall the performance of all the actors and the screenplay made this movie close to my heart.

Many audience members found the theme of smuggling to be an unwanted portion of the movie. However, knowing and following Karthik Subburaj movie, he always narrates the story with metaphor.. General Audience: Bobby Simha is the villain. True Essence: Bobby simha is the hero. If viewed through this lens, Bobby Simha's character becomes the story's hero; he recognizes and values things that the general public tends to undervalue or overlook, such as antique statues or Anjali which was not understood by VJS. By valuing these, he worked to free them from those who fail to appreciate their(All Women) true worth. (that's the reason why in the climax, SJS realizes that men go with their ego, greed, creed and belittles men and starts glorfy women, Bobby Simha's character highlights Women's (Iraivi's ) true worth and deserved respectful treatment in society.
There is another metaphor around Rain. Almost in all important decisive moments, you could see the rain in the plot.
