    Years ago I started my workout journey and I began by watching your videos.. years later and I’m still active! I’ve stopped every now and then but your videos are the ones I always come back to! This channel is my tried and true!! And this is my go to cardio workout ! Thanks so much I feel like you were a part of my weight loss journey!

    I had spine surgery two years ago, and as an active person it was really hard to be so limited while I recovered. Your videos with a spectrum of low impact, abs, all-standing, short times, etc, have been SO amazing to help get me back to physical fitness! Really appreciate it :)

    Hey millionaire hoy, I've been working out with your workouts since January. I'm 5'9 and in January, I weighted 172lbs I'm 157 now. And I want to lose about 2 more pounds. I first started working out with your videos, in 2014. By 2016 I had stopped and I went back at it this year.     I love this workout. I usually do it while I'm watching a game, so I do one half at half time, and the other half after the game, but today I did it on one go, and it was amazing. I'm also finally starting to keep up with your rhythm.

      Pro Tip: 5, 10, or 15 minutes of a 30 Minute workout is perfectly fine. Although it seems like it, there's no rule saying that you have to do an entire workout once you start it and you can customize any workout to your needs - modifying time, intensity, frequency, etc. Taking this approach reduces anxiety and procrastination. Hope this helps 👊❤️

      I'm not sure the step count, but based on other Step workouts I've fine, I'd clock this around 4,500 steps.

      Thanks Inna. Due to our conditioning, intensity, and lots of other factors we'll all burn a different amount of calories. While my HRM might clock 490, someone else might achieve 375kcals or 520kcals. What matters most is that we give our all. Way to go 👊❤️
