Pro Tip: 5, 10, or 15 minutes of a 30 Minute workout is perfectly fine. Although it seems like it, there's no rule saying that you have to do an entire workout once you start it and you can customize any workout to your needs - modifying time, intensity, frequency, etc. Taking this approach reduces anxiety and procrastination. Thanks Inna. Due to our conditioning, intensity, and lots of other factors we'll all burn a different amount of calories. While my HRM might clock 490, someone else might achieve 375kcals or 520kcals. What matters most is that we give our all. Way to go 👊❤️
