Keyboardist killing it here may i just say. For drummers here though i suggests trying to break from the standard 7 beat of snare back beats on counts 3 and 7 but instead try cycling through variations like placing backbeats on counts 1 and with a double hit on 5 and the + of that five. Then a clave based pattern with snare hits on counts 2 and 3 and then on 5 and tthen the + of 6. With these three snare beat displacement patterns you can try ebb and flow in and out of one into the other as a means to develop some freedom over the signature. Later you should find yourself selwcting when you play a certaon sequence and even find yourself adding and subtracting from them by choice and not habit. Thats when the music happens
Love this so much
So helpful thanks!!!!

I love jamming this, I hear the Form, but these repeat bars and DS al coda, don't match up when I'm following along. Can someone correct me?
What software do you use? It's great!!
