There are 20 beds in 2 buildings, plus 2 large garages. Additional bedrooms could be built above the 4-stall garage overlooking the river. The 1/4 mile long east boundary adjoins National Forest Lands making your backyard millions of acres. The 3000 square foot main lodge has been upgraded with a large kitchen open to the living room/billiard table/dining room areas with several private sitting areas. A 4000 square foot accessory building creates additional living quarters with 5 creatively designed bunk rooms utilizing original stables on the lower level and a large game room.
The upper level consists of 3 large bed/bath suites and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath with an attractive kitchen offering additional options for entertaining away from the main lodge.
