Seriously, without mapo tofu and plot armor holding Cu back the only servants that should have given him a hard time during the 5th Grail War were Herc and Gil, no one else should have come close.
And here I am 3 months into NA still waiting for the FP gatcha to give me enough copies of robin hood and cu chulainn to get them to np 5. As of now, it's in np 2 and still no sign of it going up.
Well it depends on the situation. If you have "Imaginary Around" that's a really good general use CE for him. There is also "With One Strike" But sometimes you will just want as much starting NP as you can get. LB "Dragon's Meridian" and LB "Green Black Keys" are good budget options However if you are using him in the front line on easy stages that you most likely won't use his NP during. Buster up CEs can be good. Most of the super awesome CEs for Cu are not in NA yet. : /
