What I do is go to htc while being a namekian going at 1 percent and fighting my shadow, also if you do it in the htc there is a glitch with the namekian regen you have to go into the first form then back to base to be able to regen
btw you where brainless the best thing that can happen is them geting glitched thats how i beat vegeta in the old timers as a literall fssj cuz i could just spam range atacks and charge

fun fact when you use quick form on ssj rage you get 106 million instead of the normal 115 million with normal form
well ssj rage is weaker then god becuase ssj rage is a defense based form its the best defense form a saiyan can get
