@@ShiMCTV do you have set the render distance of minecraft on like 8 chunks? you dont need the render distance of mincraft itself with distant horizons mod.
I can have my chunks at 2 and see everything without shaders but when I turn on shaders with 2 chunks, I can only see 2 chunks and distant horizons has 200 turned on?

what are you playing, at 20 chunks REAL RENDER? man, you got 4090! i play 22 chunks+DH2.0 on rtx3070! go REAL RENDER 64 on it, or 32 chunks with Patricks x128, +DH2.0! it is too visible, you can see where the real render ends, and you're SOOO wasting that power. now it looks the same on my 3070.AND go change DH settings, those rocks on the left at the end of your video at 1:20....come on.chnge settings in DH to high. trust me, it looks better on myy 3070, and i get around 30,40 fps with real render 22, plus Patrics x64. on your specs-this will fly at real render 32, Patrics x128 and DH settings high. THEN upload your video, bro!

I am not able to make the distance horizon mod load many chunks honestly, although I set it to load 248 chunks it only loads 32... I don't know what to do and on top of that I have an RTX
had the same issue, i just created the a new world with same seed and waited, set your own chunks loading distance to 8 in minecraft. you dont even have to use chunky. but ofc I dont know exactly what mods you are running

you don't need a 4090 to play like this, don't worry! any relatively new CPU and GPU combo can handle 128 chunk render with distant horizons. grab a 7600 or 7700 (7800X3D if you have the budget) and a newer GPU like the 4060 or 3060 ti and you'll be golden!
@@kindadim yea, rtx 4090 is a overkill, had average fps of arround 180, 128 chunks and bliss shaders on aggressive

You can see that it is raytracing in the water, the reflections
Bliss uses screen space reflections, quite a big difference from raytracing. You can see this when looking at the edges of your screen (The reflections dissapear there). It is also mentioned on the bliss curseforge page.
