I agree with sfdebris in that Vulcans are not just logical but logic plus ethics. Other wise the you could say the first version of the borg were pure logical.
Lol, laughing while starting my *checks notes* 79th playthrough of 7 days to die while looking up more mods for Skyrim, No Man's Sky, Fallout 3, NV, and 4. To play them all over again. Just to name a few.

Except it's not really bitch slapping him, it looks like you're dressing him down but in reality you are posing it as a logical yes/no question: Is it within his ability to do this thing? And he answers yes. From his point of view you just crystallized the entire problem and redescribed it as something he can do, for a logical species like the Vulcans that **is** the best kind of pep talk, since you forced him to admit to himself that he does indeed believe that he is capable of doing the thing he was hesitant about doing.
I would buy this game....if it wasn't $40. Maybe it will come out for Xbox Game Pass or PS Plus Extra/Premium within the next few months. It sucks this game is only available digitally. Been watching playthroughs of it on Rick's RUclips channel " Certifiably Ingame" for a while now.
You know, this warp core for me is interesting design 2 tubes in superior part of the core like x design is the first time i so this in lower decks series proto star have similar core, for me is ultimate edge of this technology.maybe in future some another tipping of warp core be developed like romulans using microsingularity stat fleet is going to the same path😅
Cyclons we're basically robots too an they had hope for a number things depending on which one you watched &/or spoke to. An even varied by when vs maybe when later or before present. Even Skynet had a sorta "hope" in his franchise
Vulcans aren't robots, they are trained to be stoic because they feel things so deeply that if they let themselves feel without rules or anything, they are a savage and emotional race
This line is an example of knowing the material, and a captain who knows how to talk to a Vulcan. good stuff.
