I had a phys therapist who did something similar to lateral distraction but he rotated my joing in what felt like a circular motion and I had strained my groin and remember an insane feeling of relief what is that called?
I hurt the hip joint because of my wrong sleep method, as I was putting one pillow under my feet, and this caused me pain in the hip joint, especially in the morning .... and now it becomes very strong pain all day long !! How do I treat my condition please
Sir, with hip flexion, femoral head will glide posteriorly or anteriorly ?? i read a statement in a text that hip flexors glide the femoral head anteriorly, to me it seems incorrect as ,roll is in direction of movement of femur and glide is opposite so with flexion, it should be posterior glide.. whats your view?? please reply.... also we can use same analogy with shoulder joint as well ???? ... thank you
+Physiotutors i wanted to know about how the pelvis tilts during hip flexion and extension in closed and open kinematic conditions as in standing and lying

Thanks for the video! I am going to do some of these stretches on my friend who has MS.

With hip flexion it's an impure spin movement. Same story applies to the shoulder
@@Physiotutors thank you... one more query, if Hip flexors glide the femoral head anteriorly or posteriorly and how so ?
Tnqq sir uaa awesome ....
Hey! Can u help me with the differences in pelvic tilt in hip flexion/extension with and without fixed femur?
Don't get your actual question. Can you elaborate?

What's the difference between joint mob and joint play? :/
Joint play is an assessment and mob a treatment
What degree of traction do you use?
Do you mean the degrees according to Maitland? To assess join play you always take up the whole slack, so it would be at least grade 3-4
Physiotutors---yes that's what I meant! Thanks :)
