In today's time competition in competitive exams especially at central level like upsc exams is so tough and unhealthy If a candidate doesn't change his gear he may end up in lifetime depression so have plan B I learnt this lesson at the earliest of my life

This time my whole interview went for only 20 min....... (Dinesh Dasa sir), by god's grace got into the list this time. Thanks for sharing your experience.

@@Goldenbeans14 I got 80 marks mam in first paper...2nd paper i completed ..i took this opportunity as a challenge bcoz personally i suffered alot in my life mam ....as a married n mother of 2 child is it m i able to qualify the physical exam if i get recommendation??
@@RenukaBisanalli-p3r see don't doubt yourself, by giving this exam u have proven that u r capable of passing all the 3 stages. So don't doubt , and prepare for the next step, u will definitely would be able to clear that. Have faith in yourself and work hard. Let me tell u real life example, one of the selected candidate in physical among us was married and having a child as well, she cleared all 3 stages and now finally selected as a CAPF AC. So it is all about mind set. All the best !!
Mam please go for upsc cse not for capf ac you can't cope up with the job... Can you run 42 km with rifle and live in very extreme conditions doing root March, ops long rop duty in chhattisgarh,, fighting with naxals aur terriosm in j and k if you are coming with aash aur aramm.. Bhul jao mamm can you fucking lead your troops in battle aur survive in jungle for 15 days without food aur proper water... Go for cse because the situations aur totally different from what thinking your are going for capf ...
I respect your opinion, but would like to tell you that if the gov has allowed women in this post then there must be some reason behind that Secondly when provided with proper training, then surely all women would be able to cope up with any such harsh condition about which u have mentioned. Thirdly we also have a very good example of women who is serving as a COBRA commandant in Naxal region ( Mrs. USHA KIRAN) , she her self asked for this . So last thing, it's all about mindset, if u r mentally capable and strong, then u can do even such harsh and risky job.

Mark my words you remember my words when you are is force and this fact all capf ac aspirant want to serve in cisf only
@@Rahul_Agarwal23 both group as well as individual. First start with individual preparation by practicing before the camera or mirror then form a group of 3,4 friends and practice with them by giving and taking mocks and discussing any topic.
@@prabhatksj do mirror practice daily, ask questions to yourself then answer them, in starting it will be difficult for you to form sentence but gradually you will be able to speak properly. Even I did the same, I have recorded my self in my phone and then watched them to see where Iam doing mistakes.
First see the PYQ so that u can get the idea of questions, then start with NCERT specially for science. Then for other subjects u can follow lucent gk. This will create a good base for u. Further in more details I will make a separate video . All the best!!
