    Speedo season is over for this year so I'm back to bulking as well. Hey my deadlift is stuck at 365. Any pointers to break the plateau?

    yo im following the 2 days a week workout program too, but im an athlete (i mean when im to focused with hypertrophy program its make my mobility worse) can u help me to make my program better with 2 days a week combine with hypertophy and explosive because i want to build muscle too

    Lets be honest, the real problem with the course was that you sold it & that's where it ended. Now with a community you can get people to buy products over and over

    If you want an idea for content,I would suggest you compare your training and exercises, with The " Brawn ", and " Beyond Brawn " by Stuart Mc Robert. It seems, you ,have adopted, his programs, with your own style. Any thoughts ,? You agree, disagree,? these nuances, would be proper ,for further content.Be well.
