The whole premise of SoC is that you're whisked off to some weird place in space and time where you can defy fate and change the timelines. In that one, she's still alive, so her memory can become a character in Elysium.
So how do you beat this character? She seems really overtuned and the only flaw I can see with her is being vulnerable to AOE damage and ignoring assisting cover

Nonowill can literally stop her from doing anything using her dance.
Pair her with a strong DPS like Lufti and he becomes immortal.
PvP she might be T0
