Good day. That rink is pretty sweet. We used to shovel the dugout off when we were kids and ive done it a couple times here for the kids but watering cows everyday drops the ice too much and wrecks it.
Sold all of my calves, no backgrounding this winter, so we are taking off for two weeks in February. First time I’ve ever gone somewhere warm in the winter. Down to Arizona to go quadding for two weeks. I’ve totally gone away from auctions. I hate this online stuff. Mostly kijiji and dealerships for me now.
So I got some suggestions for you in your pursuit of purchasing a Skid Steer. Check with some of your neighbors, friends that may own one, I'd hope they could guide you with helpful advice prior to your potential purchase. As well check with some dealers in your local community, I'm sure you have some relationships with people who could give you some help things to look for. That said if you gotta risk over paying for potential junk at a auction, purchase one from a dealer, at least you got someone to go back to. Just my 2 cents, hope it helps you out
I really don't like any auctions either. Most of the auction co.s put several lines of equipment together at their yard to sell..... crowds are just too big for me. I really miss a good farm auction on location. The online stuff ticks me off worse, I'd have to be super interested to mess around with them either. I hope all is well for Jeremy, he hasn't posted a video in a long time.
I've been ok . Just finished shelling corn a week ago. It was like -20° here two days ago now its +3° . Have a Merry Christmas . If you don't post a video before then 😁
I also really hate buyers premiums. I feel like that’s a whole different level of extortion.
@@KirkFellFarm oh yeah, total garbage with the fees
I agree with you 100%

@@jeremycherny2041 i like the lawn, if someone breaks through they are going down like 5 inches max
I’ve got 1 or 2 treasures from Ritchie Bros. I’ve also picked up enough junk to be apprehensive about bidding sight unseen.
@@KirkFellFarm but even to go unless a guy is pretty up on his stuff your just looking at physical appearance
@@millionairefarmer. ya pretty much checking to see if they even washed it before the sale.

Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just get rid of it and hire a trucker
@@gordharasen2581 for hauling the grain to the elevator probably. But it’s nice having it for harvest hauling from the field to the farm
