Nashville seems like it can get a little lonely sometimes so manifesting a move to FL in Rach’s future. She deserves nothing but happiness 🤍🤍🤍 I also cry whenever I leave my parents who live out of state and it makes me feel like a little kid again but it’s so normal!

Love to hear you are cutting out seed oils! I just got diagnosed with IBD which a chronic inflammatory disease and I also have been cutting out a ton of added oils and other additives that cause inflammation.
