It's gorgeous!!! I love the ombre of colours and the petal you chose. Your idea of adding the strip of plastic canvas to help with securing the zipties, is simply brilliant! Thanks so much for your tutorial 🤗
@Crooked Tree Creations with Patti Davis I love making bows and I made all the bows for my daughter's wedding, including an ombre tutu skirt for the wedding-cake table. I was so proud of myself and the fact that people still comment on how awesome they all were, after 5 years, is the greatest satisfaction I've ever felt. When something is beautiful and we appreciate all the planning, work and stress that went into the making; it's our moral duty to express this recognition❣️ God bless you. BTW... I'm following you from Cyprus!!!
I'm sorry to burden you, but I was wondering if you could give me some information regarding measurements/quantities. Because I'm not in the US, I can't get the cross frame, so I'll need to improvise, using a cooling rack. Now I've seen a couple of videos on how to do it and I'm sure I'll manage. However, the racks used are from Dollar Tree, which we don't have in my country. I did however, find a decent rack today, but it's definitely much bigger - 18" long to be precise, and much wider. To be able to make the correct calculations, could you please tell me how many pieces of each colour you used and how much of your roll you used (yards or meters). Thanks so much!!!!
@@queencleo1151 I just grabbed a form and measured it. From top to bottom, it is 24” long and is 12” across. The cross starts at 6” from the top. I would cut each piece 2” wide. I hope that helps!
@@queencleo1151 oh, and i believe I used 9 pieces of the white, 12 pieces of the lavender/white mix, 9 pieces of the lavender, and I think only 6 pieces of the purple.
I love this more than any other crosses I’ve seen. I tried to order the mesh but they didn’t have the mixed lavender and white so I’ll try to find it somewhere. It’s a must to create your design. Thanks for sharing. ❤
I love the way the cross turned out. I like this technique. It looks just like a cross should look. Thank you for sharing. ❤️

Thank you so much! I hope you find the mesh!
I don’t see the lavender/white on The Wreath Shop’s website, but I do see it on the Craft Outlet website.
Where do you get the big cross frame
I got it at Dollar Tree.
What material is that is it mesh or burlap
This is the poly burlap.
The Poly burlap that I purchased at Hobby lobby comes apart and Frays. 😢
Unfortunately, the mesh from the big box stores aren’t very good. I order mine online from either Craft Outlet, The Wreath Shop or Trendy Tree.
What size zip you using in this?
It looks like I’m using 8” zip ties, but 6” zip ties will also work.
@@crookedtreecreations you are so helpful and i appreciate it

Baby's breath I think that's what it's called
