I am only 3 years experienced in trading from my start. Vijay sir, listening to you in this, I am remembering my initial day of trading. Without much basic knowledge, have good money in hand, tension, sleepless nights etc. Luckily, I stopped trading observing this health impact. After my retirement, with proper learning, small trials and continuous learning, I am very comfortable now and not allowing my health to be impacted by understanding my limitations from Risk, mitigation and content mindset. Your videos have been really inspiring and thought provoking and full of honest and hard hitting truths. I love to see more and more content from you. Mr. Bhambwani, MWPL (sum of OI of Options + Futures) analyses could be a bit foxing, F&O being a zero sum transaction, one sells and another one buys, its really difficult to tell who's right ! Analyze MWPL of Options only to know what the 'smart money' is doing ! Do you agree ! Many thanks for keeping us knowledgeable for decades now, through TV shows and now through our beloved YT !

As per mark douglas sooner you realise trading/investing is gambling better you will perform. Results are always uncertain irrespective of level of calculations/study you do. You can increase level of accuracy but still outcome will be uncertain.
