      That's basically how I feel about Hunter fans, the discovery I have is from 2010 and works just as good as the other Hunter fans I have

      +clayton betts well, because any Hunter made in or before 2009 was a good ceiling fan. after 2009, Hunter mover their factories from Taiwan to China. after the factory change, their quality dropped significantly to the point where no one wants to buy them anymore. same with third customer survice. it's almost impossible to get any old parts from them.

      I even had seen some 2002 Hunter made in China, even with AirMax motor. Unless you're talking about ALL Hunter being made in China and not just some. Different factories made fans for Hunter. For example, this Hunter Passport III is made by CEI, you can tell by seeing "Made in Thailand".
