hardy hard Well, the problem is that I have tinitus because of the oversensitivity of my ears -7db L and -9db right so my tinitus is probs not as bad as others who have trult eardage. I can’t say enough good things about these headphones! When I was younger and newly diagnosed with autism, I had multiple melt downs from sensory overloads leading me to be eloped. Ever since i got the headphones they’ve saved me from so many situations, i just wanted to say how much i love them!
I have tried the Airpods Max, Sony XM4, Bose NC 700 and the Bose QC 35 II. Still to this day, the Bose QC 35 II are still my favourite over ear phones of all time.
@@mahahabti18 It's been a while since I've tested them all but if I recall correctly the Sony xm4's bass was a bit better compared to the QC 35 II, But I must say, now that the QC 45 have come out, they are so, so good. if you are doing voice overs, having a square box of sound dampening foam around the mic while speaking closer to it pretty much negates all of the echo. I did this as an experiment for science fair. a cube with 5 sides and one exposed so the mic can still hear you without being muffled. ;) I hope this helps, it actually worked really well for me.
+PowersJake118 it sounds like he is using the mic from pretty far away as it picks up the background echo clearly. The pattern for the mic may just be wrong for his setup and environment if what I specified is what he does, though I doubt it to be honest.
Wow man, your animations are not bad at all!! Although I’m you with a fake account to trick people into watching your channel. I know… I’m cheap AF -_-
I have used my QC35 IIs on 13-hour flights to Shanghai from London. I have never owned a pair of over-the ear cans before that I didn't need to remove two or three times on such a flight due to pressure and heat build-up. They are really comfortable, and they really kill the jet sounds.
Just bought these 2nd hand for $170 and what a steal that was!!! Amazing comfort and noise cancellation! If your thinking about purchasing definitely go for it!!
Is this it only me thats watching this video wearing The QC 35? Edit: Whats also is good about the Qc 35 is that it doesnt take long to charge, id say like 30-50 mins til its 100%
miing97x They have had several reports of headband cracking that makes them unbearable and apparently Sony hasn't been to good with the customer support.
dnickdude those are really few of all the headphones they been sold. I have one, and i know 2 people who has them, non of us had any problems. Everything works great and sound quality in top notch. There isn't one single product out there that hasn't had some bad apples amongs them. There's always some manufacturing defects in every product, no matter how tight the inspection is in factory. So i wouldn't make any conclusions with some few cases, if you compare all the good ones to few bad versions.
ayy wassup tbh I did buy them for full price a week ago and just returned em to buy it on amazon. Sill don't know if I should go sony this time or stick with bose. So far they were amazing
@@davis2145 Heres how I would put it. The xm4s are better in almost every aspect and include more features. The bose are far more comfortable by a large margin. they also cost way less. So if you are gonna wear for along time and don't care about sound quality a lot I recommend the bose. if you care about sound quality and anc(all tho the bosses are still good) and not about comfortability then sony(The only problem is it's hot on your ears but still decent). They are both an undeniable win at the end of the day. This choice purely depends on what you do as a person in your day to day life.i went with the bose if you cared but sony is still intriguing me
My main purpose is not to listen music, but to just cancel out ambient noise so that I can concentrate on my work or sleep or something like that. How good is it at that ??
August christensen And now xm3, which hopefully is more durable. I'm still unsure whether I like ANC ear pressure, but damn those Sony's are effective.
Daniel Wallace Used mine on a airplane for the first time yesterday, that anc is doing wonders! For longer periods my ears get pretty beat up by the silence and pressure but compared to the bose I used before its not even comparible.
I love the comfort this provide, very light and gentle on the ears, can wear for hours and not feel uncomfortable. Same cant be said about the Beats hesdphones
This is kinda random. But everytime I watch your video, I'm so obsessed by your skincolor. I just love it! It's way more beautiful than white. This is not meant to be weird. This is a compliment. Be proud to be black! Everyone should! Sorry for this random comment. Just wanted to get this of my heart...
3:52 that statement is so wrong. ive been researching for months just to find a good sounding wireless pair of headphones to wear while whatever i do (at home, gym, walks through the city). i dont care about noise cancelling whatsoever and i also don´t fly in airplanes all the time like every single reviewer seems to be. somehow though you cant really find any wireless headphones with great audio quality without noise cancelation so thats actually why im buying them marques... also why do all these tech reviewers seem to care 0 about sound quality? its like the no 1 most important thing for most people but somehow i only hear everyone talking about their freaking airplane flight ambience while wearing headphones, its truly a lot...
Aaron Hall really? I own a pair of Soundlink Around Ear 2, worked for Bose retail store and flew to LA, IL, and CA all with my soundlinks, no disintegration that I noticed. In fact Bose actually makes Aviation headsets with active noise canceling and built in bluetooth to make phone calls while on the tarmac or listen to music in flight from a bluetooth device.
I bought the QC35's over a year ago and I don't regret it. The best headphones I have ever had. I use them every day. The battery life is great and better than I thought it would be. Noise cancelling is amazing.
My uncle gifted me his QC35 headphones back in late 2020 so i've basically had them for 3yrs now and yet they're still really good evn though he had been using them for a couple of years wen he gave them to me. Of course i've replaced the ear cushions like twice now bt thats all u need to do and they'll be as good as new, the battery still lasts a couple of days evn after all these years.
+Ray Wei Maybe he doesnt need more expensive headphones. The most Ive ever spent on headphones is around £20 and they were awesome, bluetooth and wired, good noise cancellation, good sound quality and they were comfortable
there is 5$ earphones that will blow 50-100$ one. check >> www.aliexpress.com/item/Venture-Electronic-VE-MONK-earbud-earphone/32417311324.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.3.A1dPUj&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_0,searchweb201602_5_10017_301_406_9999,searchweb201603_2&btsid=448122c6-92d5-425c-bda4-b006a13ff46f
I came back to this, because there are a few things you got wrong. The headband is not foam, it's actually Alcantara. The sides of the ear cups are actually stainless steel, not plastic. And the parts that you think are "plastic", are actually glass filled Nylon. There is no plastic anywhere on these headphones. Because unlike "Crap Audio by Dr. Dre", Bose knows what premium materials are. Beats uses all plastic, so they're cheap and won't last long at all. Bose uses materials that will last longer than the life of the headphones themselves. That's the Bose build quality. More premium than Beats. Oh, and the jack on the left ear cup is not a 3.5 mil jack. It's actually a 2.5 mil mini jack. Also you can use the active noise cancellation with the included cable. The headphones are smart, so the Bluetooth automatically switches off when the cable is plugged in, but the active sound cancellation will still work. Using the headphones this way extends the battery to over 40 hours on one charge.
Yup.. they won't block everything out but they do a rather good job. Nice materials and soft etc too. I put them on and tested them to answer you.. i toggled the feature on and off with the app.. with no audio playing at all. (using Bluetooth)
Nevermind, according to another comment, it's an ultimate frisbee thing, specifically it means "Dump and swing" which I still don't understand, but could probably figure out with a few minutes of googling if I cared.
You can listen to music without noise cancellation wirelessly! On both QC 35 I and II you do it through the Bose Connect app, and on QC 35 II there's a button you can press on the left headphone
Idk why but i always watch reviews of products after i bought them
I'm right here now lol

I love your office. It looks awesome and amazing. You cannot define how good it looks
+Geoff Peterson I didn't understand what u meant
Why does really liking MKBHD's office equate to him being an arselicker? The internet is so full of hate these days...
I got my pair today. Don't know why I waited so long. These things are incredible!
how is the microphone?
"And I'll be down there in the comments answering your questions as well" -MBKHD
Meanwhile, I don't see him reply to a single comment LUL
if you are doing voice overs, having a square box of sound dampening foam around the mic while speaking closer to it pretty much negates all of the echo. I did this as an experiment for science fair. a cube with 5 sides and one exposed so the mic can still hear you without being muffled. ;) I hope this helps, it actually worked really well for me.
Cool! I hope he uses this advice :-)
+PowersJake118 it sounds like he is using the mic from pretty far away as it picks up the background echo clearly. The pattern for the mic may just be wrong for his setup and environment if what I specified is what he does, though I doubt it to be honest.
Yeah I hope he does that, because the echo is annoying.
I recognized that the second i read this comment 😂
MKBHD,
Wow man, your animations are not bad at all!! Although I’m you with a fake account to trick people into watching your channel. I know… I’m cheap AF -_-
Well it worked.
lol i subscribed
I liked the other intro better lol. But the new one is pretty cool too :)
Yeh, his intros are dope!
It's the same song just this is the beginning of the song. It's called 'ongoing thing,' by 20ysl
i needed to watch this to know that I do not need to upgrade to the new qc ultras. thanks Marques Brownlee!
MKBHD brought me here.
Well up the comments section you go
no one cares brought me to this comment

any one find some really cheap pair of these in Canada? They're all over $400
Marvin Martian amozan ? or bose .Com
that's where i've been looking. online
Marvin Martian don't mean to brag but I got these for 120$ on a local buy sell app
where? is it Canadian?
Marvin Martian nah it's not Canadian but try finding a local buy sell app on ur phone
Best thing i have ever bought, more than 4 years and it’s still amazing. Using it in a daily basis
I really hope to know the meaning of your shirt 😂

Darude-Sandstorm-(NigaHiga)
I c what you did there
I think it's from the beginning of the song
Ive had these for years still work perfect
I have used my QC35 IIs on 13-hour flights to Shanghai from London. I have never owned a pair of over-the ear cans before that I didn't need to remove two or three times on such a flight due to pressure and heat build-up. They are really comfortable, and they really kill the jet sounds.
Did you have any issues connecting to the airplane Bluetooth?
How many of you are watching with the same headphones ?
Is there audio lag? That's the main setback for wirelss vs wired headphones for me
They might while connected via Bluetooth but there is and aux cable so it will get rid of the lag regardless.
Me
Same
I got mine today. Very pleased with them
all these years later, only thing I had to change was the ear pads, still works great
Same here I have had these for a solid 4 years and there still working like there brand new
0:41 I see the oneplus move for the first time. I watched this video like 10 times
Just bought these 2nd hand for $170 and what a steal that was!!! Amazing comfort and noise cancellation! If your thinking about purchasing definitely go for it!!
I've had mine for about two years, use then about 5 days a week for 2 to 3 hours. My hearing might be fuxked in the future but they are awesome.
Im thinking about buying these for my cardio work out.
It's the opposite, you've saved your hearing because of the noise cancelling
I'm sorry but I'm hoping this is not the intro for future vids sorry
I agree, I'm still hoping he brings back his old music intro from 2014-2015 it was the best, please bring it back!
Is there a microphone built into them? Can you take wireless calls through Bluetooth?
Yes and yes.
ty
dalb0013 yes I have them
dalb0013 tes
dalb0013 yes
Just bought a pair. One of the few headphones that dont hurt my head after extended use. Actual noise cancelling. Durable. Would buy again.
The day I buy a pair of Bose is the day they up the build quality and use materials in line with the pricing.
And sound better
Or lower the price. The entire QC series is ridiculously costly here in Australia, since I'm pretty sure the QC35s retail for $600.
$499 actually in AU
that's a long way of saying i am poor
+Timothy A J
Wow I was way off, still pretty steep though.
Is this it only me thats watching this video wearing The QC 35?
Edit: Whats also is good about the Qc 35 is that it doesnt take long to charge, id say like 30-50 mins til its 100%
mdr 1000x review please
nice ass
The MDR 1000x is slightly better at active noise cancelling than the QC35. And has a lot more features
miing97x They have had several reports of headband cracking that makes them unbearable and apparently Sony hasn't been to good with the customer support.
dnickdude I bought the mdr 1000x and they get really hot when I use them and my ears get fatigued after 15 minits or so. But the audio is fantastic
dnickdude those are really few of all the headphones they been sold.
I’m still using these now and they have never let me down
Who’s here for Amazon prime day?
ayy wassup tbh I did buy them for full price a week ago and just returned em to buy it on amazon. Sill don't know if I should go sony this time or stick with bose. So far they were amazing
Same I’m not sure if I should go with these or the Sony xm4
@@davis2145 Heres how I would put it. The xm4s are better in almost every aspect and include more features. The bose are far more comfortable by a large margin. they also cost way less. So if you are gonna wear for along time and don't care about sound quality a lot I recommend the bose. if you care about sound quality and anc(all tho the bosses are still good) and not about comfortability then sony(The only problem is it's hot on your ears but still decent). They are both an undeniable win at the end of the day. This choice purely depends on what you do as a person in your day to day life.i went with the bose if you cared but sony is still intriguing me
Doing monthly payment, can't wait for them c:
@@Fujiwaramoguu Wat does amazon do monthly payment cuz if so ive never head of it
Other intro was better Marques
Right
+Guillermo Lazo what's your deal?
+Madern nothing ,what's yours ?
Madern yeah I thought it was some kind of error when I saw that!
350$ for a headphone, kill me!
Save up if you really want them (:
Yeah I'll stick with my 150 dollar HD 6 Mix headphones from Senheiser. They do a great job of noise cancellation and sound 2x as good as these.
Whets wrong with 350$? If you don't earn as much then don't go for these , there's always a dollar store
Me too
+Shainth93 Who pays this much money for a pair of headphones that look and feel like $25 headphones? That's just ridiculous..
Best Electronic Reviewer on the internet!!!! Tactile buttons when you're pressing buttons blind. Soooo important and Marques gets it
My main purpose is not to listen music, but to just cancel out ambient noise so that I can concentrate on my work or sleep or something like that. How good is it at that ??
Bose is the best at noise cancelling, it is great for studying or concentrating if you don't plan on playing music so yes.
You can also buy ear plugs that will do the same without the $300 price tag
Dual Shocker sony wh-1000x m2 is still the superior when it comes to anc.
I love your stuff! A Bose Hearphones review would be fantastic. Keep going - I'm just one of 2.5 million rabid Marques fans.
NO....BRING BACK THE OLD INTRO!!!!
True.. the earlier intro was better..
Worth every damn penny. Best of the best. 4 years. I love it.
I just bought the qc25 for 150 bucks on Amazon. I'm almost shat myself after seeing the price.
I dont like this intro as much :(
Same. :(
is not what you like
unknown94 What?
go to school
unknown94 Sorry, I finished school.
Thanks dude! Last minute saved me 50 bucks.
I love the comfort this provide, very light and gentle on the ears, can wear for hours and not feel uncomfortable. Same cant be said about the Beats hesdphones
Would love to see what you think about the Sennheiser PXC 550 vs. Bose QC 35.
the anc on this it's better than pxc550 but not better in sound quality
Do the best gaming headphones next!
yeah i need new ones
same my last ones broke
*The title alone made me buy the QC35s* 😂
This is kinda random. But everytime I watch your video, I'm so obsessed by your skincolor. I just love it! It's way more beautiful than white. This is not meant to be weird. This is a compliment. Be proud to be black! Everyone should! Sorry for this random comment. Just wanted to get this of my heart...
MKBHD - Check out the Sony MDR-1000X... I would like to hear your thoughts on these
Would love to hear Marques' opinion on the Sony MDR1000x
Can it be used as a mic on ps4?
Yief Nope sadly
the ps4 doesn`t recognize the headphones. Using one of those usb dongles SHOULD do the trick.
gabriel gon I think buying a Bose QC25 Android cable would also work. I've heard the Android cables work on ps4 but not the Apple ones
Yief It hasn't worked for me yet, I have even used the aux cord to connect it to the controller but no luck
I have a cheap skullcandy with a mic for android and it works great with the ps4, so I`m pretty sure if you buy the QC25 cable it will work.
Got these for the wife for Christmas. They help with her anxiety and are working quite well so far.
what are the best wireless headphones for sound under $450
Sennheiser momentum wireless, Sony h.ear on, vmoda crossfade wireless and these. And probably more which I don't know of.
***** but the most expensive
Bowers & Wilkins P7 Wireless
Steelseries Arctis 7 is the best wireless headphone for value.
+Dr.Yellow no sony MDR 1000x better
Can you turn on Bluetooth on flights?
It'll be connected to your iPod or iPhone, so yes. Besides it comes with a stereo aux cord so you can hardwire them.
No, it bluetooth will make the $1,000,000 worth of radio electronics on the plane disintegrate
***** I was being sarcastic by inferring that a pair of $350 bluetooth headphones can bring down a plane.
Also, FYI, they only require cellular network to be disabled per FAA website. Bluetooth/wifi are fine during all parts of the flight.
It's a 2,5mm jack not a 3,5 one....
True and that kinda sucks :(
It’s 4 bucks to pick one up at best buy
It’s both you have 2.3 and 3.5 I have them
I bought the QC35's over a year ago and I don't regret it. The best headphones I have ever had. I use them every day. The battery life is great and better than I thought it would be. Noise cancelling is amazing.
Impossible to buy here in Brazil! ;/
brazil is the worst place to buy anything.
+leloodallasmultipass ;/
why is that?😞
Bukar Abdullahi import tariffs. some of the worst.
+leloodallasmultipass Sad, but true! ;/
What's the best good looking, bass heavy headphones?
Probably these, and it's not expensive either. www.sony.com/electronics/headband-headphones/mdr-xb650bt
+Jasim Zoobi Was just about to say that. Even the non-Bluetooth ones are amazing for the price.
+Jasim Zoobi is that wired and wireless too?
sol republic master tracks is what i recommend
XB950BT. About $200 brand-new on Amazon and are the better versions of the XB650BT Jasim Zoobi
Excuse me, is this the qc35 first generation or the second generation?
Im impressed by your skill used in making this video. Keep up the good work, thank you.
Yooooooo. watching with my qc25

Please man sony mdr 1000x
Review this
I'm getting these as my beats headphones broke when I stretched them.
Aye same thing for me, the head strap is too stiff and snapped easily, I’m saving up for either these or Sony headphones
Had them for two years, still perfect as ever
I wanna buy these . But reviews say that the power button breaks . Any thought s?
Christopher Railwah nah, they’re good.
Anytime MDR 1000x review and comparison with these coming up???
These are the best headphones for watching porn with!
+Bob Le My life
+Bob Le lmfao 😂😂😂
+Bob Le That's why you lock the door!😂😂😂
+Chinosan 1 Locking the door makes your parents suspicious. You leave the door ajar so that you can hear their footsteps.
+BRBallin1 yeah but noise cancelling... You can't hear footsteps
My 2 dollar earphone does the job for me..
Bad job
Even my iphone headphones are better they suck very hard that why bought new ones
You should buy a more expensive headphones, there is a huge difference
+Ray Wei Maybe he doesnt need more expensive headphones. The most Ive ever spent on headphones is around £20 and they were awesome, bluetooth and wired, good noise cancellation, good sound quality and they were comfortable
+Paul they might sound good and all but when you buy more expensive headphones you will hear the difference
there is 5$ earphones that will blow 50-100$ one. check >>

the sound you dumbass
+Blu3raNger88 OK, thanks for the clarification.
+Blu3raNger88 chill
+TopGun904 same 😂
i heard and read this at the same time 😂
could use the noise cancelling through wire mode???
Alireza Khani yes
Can I use the noise cancelling headphones without listening to music. I am thinking of buying one just to experience silence. Please help...
Talha Iqbal yes of course you can. I used them when I had construction outside my house lol I wasn’t listening to music.
Yup, sometimes on a flight I don't listen to anything, just turn them on for the noise cancellation.
Yup.. they won't block everything out but they do a rather good job.
Nice materials and soft etc too.
I put them on and tested them to answer you.. i toggled the feature on and off with the app.. with no audio playing at all. (using Bluetooth)
Talha Iqbal why cant you just earplugs?
A gun is always more effective for noise canceling.
The beats studio 2.0 are the best noise cancelling headphones.
Well anything is better than bose honestly
***** tru
the bass is virtually non-existent for these paor of headphones.
Sorry but beats suck ass if you don't want them for expensive jewelry
beats are overrated and overpriced. unless you have tried these bose headphones for yourself, you are probably wrong.
somebody tell me what that shirt means
I too would like to know, I've been trying to puzzle it out and nothing sounds right in my head.
Nevermind, according to another comment, it's an ultimate frisbee thing, specifically it means "Dump and swing" which I still don't understand, but could probably figure out with a few minutes of googling if I cared.
Dump baby. I think it's related to ultimate frisbee.
Throwing babies in the garbage = what MKBHD does.
+SimkinC42 its work hard play hard
You can listen to music without noise cancellation wirelessly! On both QC 35 I and II you do it through the Bose Connect app, and on QC 35 II there's a button you can press on the left headphone
watching this with these headphones on.😂
