Professional work except screwing. Dont insert the screws this much deep. Screws should be just pierced inside board specially for suspended ceiling. Otherwise the board can fell dwon bcs of weight. So instruct to insert the screw just a little inside. For gypsum boards installation, the covering paper should not be broken by screws.
