I stopped packing some things and switched to others due to their versatility or packability. I stopped packing a hairbrush and I only bring a thick wide tooth comb, takes much less space in my bag. I bring a convertible headlamp/flashlight for when everybody is sleeping and there are only the bright lights, so I can use it as a reading lamp or late night bathroom runs. I always pack a mini medicine kit with different pills (gotten food poisoning one too many times on vacation) also has bandaids and moleskin for blisters. Never leave come without a mini macguyver kit with safety pins, floss, Needle, paperclips/bobby pins and elastic rubber hair ties. All things that are super versatile and uselful. Also a pain to find if you need one and don't have it. I love to bring Christmas suction cups added to my toiletry kit to hang my washrag in the shower so it doesn't touch anything.... questionable. Those are just some cheap simple hacks I use if it helps anyone..
I get my toiletries online with Boots click and collect and pick them up at the Airport so I don't need to pack heavy things like shower gel and shampoo. The only things I bring as toiletries is my suncream and toothpaste and make up. Most airlines allow you one airport shopping bag as well baggage allowance so it means your case isn't weighted down with heavy toiletries. Then on way home just leave the leftovers of the cheap stuff behind if there is any.
You’re so organized! Would love a video on how to organize and declutter personal paperwork at home. That is my achilles heel! I can never get on top of it and it always gets pushed to the back of the To Do list because it’s such a boring sounding task. Boring but also mentally draining 😪
I really need to invest in some packing cubes they make everything so tidy, although I do struggle to try not to take too many clothes and shoes I’m terrible for it, have a wonderful holiday look forward to seeing a video of it if you do one 😊

They are great if drawers space is limited in a hotel, you can keep clothes in the cubes on shelf or cabinet. I always buy compression cubes as these do provide more storage in a suitcase or your carry on.
Those cubes are far too big and never underfill them like that.... roll tightly and neatly into small and medium cubes and ziplock bags! two bras are not enough especially in a hot sweaty climate! you don't need a huge bag like those for flat shoes! you don't pack like a pro, you pack like a newbie! bulky overfilled large cubes and bulky bags is the worst way to pack! these are not tips they are common knowledge! who wouldn't take it out of the packages!

That case is MASSIVE! had you packed like a pro you would have been able to take that small amount of stuff in a large capacity cabin case LOL!

I’ve been rolling my clothes for years. My oldest brother taught me this, he was in the Navy for 32yrs.

I always take a sun-bed cover and a X-Large microfibre beach towel even if staying at a hotel that provides them.
