There is no merit in this claim.
They are two different things. America didn't want Bangladesh to take loans from China and then hand over the island to China when they are unable to pay the loans like Srilanka did. If all small countries start doing this then all crucial areas will be occupied by the Chinese in a few decades. America is against this and it also works in India's favour. What happened in bangladesh is because of bad policies. Both should not be related. It's like saying the UK didn't fully support Israel so now America is fueling riots in the UK. But in reality the riots are happening because of bad immigration policies. Relating two is just false equivalence.

I think Israel is hell bent on making an example out of Hamas. Because I think both nations have been at war with each other practically since the formation.
