Agreed, amazing how easily people seem to forgive and forget, Ben Mitchell's just come back and Shirley seemed pretty happy to see him, as if he never killed her best mate.
Phil forgave Martin for Jamie after time had passed. He knew it was a stupid accident and Martin paid the price for it. He let it go with Ben because he knew that Martin was desperate and he was once in the same position as he was with Louise. Had it been for any other reason then no doubt Phil would have killed him.
Ben mentioned Jamie to Martin tonight, seems Ben still has a few axes to grind =)

In one scene he pistol whipped Phil with a gun and said "get over there" whilst pointing the gun at him.
That was the closest he got but even that wasn't bullying as he had a gun on him so anyone in their right mind would listen to him in that particular scenario.

I didn’t even know the Martin Guy now was just a different actor for the Martin Fowler character 😂 I thought he was just a newly introduced character.

Martin was out of his depth trying to take on Phil Mitchell. As was his brother Mark. Phil will always win.

This means that scene was from 2005 as I actually remember it while I was watching it at the time, as well as that it wasn't long after the song was the third single from the album of the same name at the time. One of the production staff at the time was a big fan of the band and they were featured loads as jukebox or radio music in the vic and the cafe.
