Wow! Are we grown ups in here?! God damn all of you! If you actually take the time and go back to the very beginning of their videos, they explain to you that these dogs are all STRAYS!!! And the reason you see the same dogs is because, the dogs run around their villages and run through the high grass and get covered with ticks! So these women have to help the dogs with the-very-limited supplies that they have. It’s not neglect, it is ACTUALLY helping the dogs!!! So back the hell up and don’t say anything unless you know the whole story!!!
