Rayleigh is actually getting added in PW4 with the 6th DLC pack along with Roger and Garp. I believe Rayleigh and Garp will be in their prime by default but there might be a skin that makes them older.
This is so badass I got to give props to the person that works so hard on this mod of Raelynn it's too bad and it's a shame that they can't really put them into the game I do understand we haven't seen a lot of him yet but I need to see it the same thing goes for Shanks so they somehow still gave him a moveset unless oad is showing what shanks could do but I don't know and I hope when we do get the DLC characters I hope they live up to the hype

I think it's amazing all the hard work that went into this design model of Rayleigh and to make it very playable like it was just another character amongst the playlist of all characters you can basically play and it kind of does make me sad to that people can do this and they're so amazing on how they can do it but when it comes to a full-on development team they can't even do it and they give out so many excuses behind their reasons and I think they can do it they just refuse to do it because they know that they could just take what little information they get about the characters and they could technically make a movie set for those characters because the way I see it it's like I heard somebody on the video say if they can make a move set for Shanks the only character that it hasn't been shown when it comes to battling then why the hell is he still in the game so why can't they do that for other characters like Raelynn and no offense I don't care if you don't like my spelling it's RUclips It's the comment section my Facebook not Twitter nobody's spelling needs to be that perfect and maybe some of us can't spell as well and when we do try you do know that there's a thing called spell check and not everybody is going to go back and read correct the spell check I have to use the little microphone app to let me say my sentences because of my cancer I was held back so it's hard for me to spell sometimes and that's why sometimes my spelling in my sentences comes out a little weird and I'm sorry about that so painful for you to look at then just leave a like on the comment if you understand my sentence so far then just leave it like you don't have to be a dick and just say hey you should really learn how to do this and that
