Really nice to see a different part of the city which doesn’t usually get much coverage on other channels. I’m (happily) edging ever closer to retirement and Pratumnak is definitely going to be my first choice when looking for a place to live, so also good to see the estate agent next door too.

i visited Nuy at her salon: very good service and friendly. i live on pratumnak, to me its the best part of pattaya.
Thanks so much for visiting her shop. I agree, after 11 years here if I had to choose again it would still be Pratumnak. For me the correct balance of nightlife, dining, beach etc and town only minutes away 🙏🙏
@@DavidAndNong oh yes pratumnak is the best. I was in soi 4 some side soi of it. Super quiet and within 20secs in soi 5 and to the beach. I played pool where u sometimes play pool, across the big 711 in soi 5. Pratumnak is the best. 3mins by motorbike to jomtien or down to beachrd and 2nd road

I had my hair coloured and cut on Monday and can recommend her. She is a lovely girl and her English is excellent.

Lovely look around Nong’s pad. Sadly I’ve no use for a barber anymore but she does do a great pedicure too. Ons visited many times and always happy with result.
They can copy her next door sadly but one thing they can’t do is replicate her customers.

Great video and agree with the comments - you and Nong make a great team! Food wise I've tried your regular breakfast place so I'll give Mr Toy a go next time I'm there. Also loved seeing Pratumnak .. I've just come back from my third trip in under 12 months, and it's great to look at the roads and think 'I've been there' 😊

Bit tricky to get to from Central on foot or baht bus. Nice looking shop though. Great that Nong is a hard working lady.
New Taxi App, Maxim, cheap as chips and some great Restaurants next door. If you come a little later in the day (3pm) then the bars are open. Cosy Beach Club is close by also
